• All AI-assisted outputs are reviewed by qualified professionals before delivery to clients. We operate on a “human-in-the-loop” principle: no AI-generated output is delivered to a client without human review and approval.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated output. AI tools can produce errors, and outputs are subject to professional review and validation.
• The specific AI tools used, data handling practices, and security controls for each engagement are documented in the relevant Consulting Services Agreement and its Security and Governance schedule.
• We do not send client personally identifiable information to external AI services unless expressly agreed with the client in writing.
