Last updated: April 2026. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website operated by Tripwire Digital Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a New Zealand-registered company. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Use of This Website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- use the website in any way that breaches applicable local, national, or international law or regulation;
- reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any part of the website in contravention of these Terms;
- access or attempt to access restricted areas of the website or its underlying systems without authorisation; or
- use the website to transmit unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material.
We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access to the website at any time, without notice, for any reason.
Informational Purposes Only
The content on this website, including articles, case studies, service descriptions, and any other materials, is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or technical advice. You should not rely on website content as a substitute for professional advice tailored to your specific circumstances.
While we make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the information.
Consulting Services
All consulting engagements with Tripwire Digital Ltd are governed by a separate Consulting Services Agreement, Statement of Work, and (where applicable) Non-Disclosure Agreement executed between us and the client. These Terms do not govern consulting engagements.
Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to provide services. Any engagement is subject to mutual agreement on scope, fees, and terms, documented in a signed agreement.
AI-Assisted Services
Our consulting services may involve the use of artificial intelligence tools, large language models, and automation platforms as part of the delivery workflow. These tools assist with tasks such as drafting, analysis, code generation, data processing, and workflow automation.
- All AI-assisted outputs are reviewed by qualified professionals before delivery to clients. We operate on a “human-in-the-loop” principle: no AI-generated output is delivered to a client without human review and approval.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated output. AI tools can produce errors, and outputs are subject to professional review and validation.
- The specific AI tools used, data handling practices, and security controls for each engagement are documented in the relevant Consulting Services Agreement and its Security and Governance schedule.
- We do not send client personally identifiable information to external AI services unless expressly agreed with the client in writing.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Tripwire Digital Ltd or its licensors and is protected by New Zealand and international copyright, trade mark, and other intellectual property laws.

- reproduce or duplicate material from this website for a commercial purpose; or
- redistribute content from this website, except for content specifically made available for redistribution (such as social sharing features).

We have no control over the content of linked sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage arising from your use of them.
No Guarantees of Results
Where our website describes outcomes, results, or case studies, these are illustrative only. Every business and engagement is different. We do not guarantee any specific results, outcomes, performance improvements, or return on investment from our services. Past results do not guarantee future performance.
